What This Session Involves
This session runs for 90minutes via an online video call.
1. Reflect
An honest, structured look at what has worked, what has not, and what you have been carrying that deserves to be put down before Term 3 begins.
2. Reset
Identify one to two clear goals for the second half of the year. Specific, actionable priorities with a realistic scope given your current context and capacity.
3. Plan
Leave the session with a written summary of your reset goals, your first steps, and a personal accountability structure you can return to.
