The tools and processes I bring are practical, purposeful and aligned with the Australian Professional Standards for Middle Leaders. They are designed to make a real difference to the thinking, habits, and development of the leaders I work with. I am genuinely passionate about learning and about finding creative solutions to complex leadership challenges.

With more than 20 years in Australian education across the classroom, school leadership, and system-level roles, I bring both the ability to understand your world and the craft of educational leadership to help you lead it better.

Regular 1:1 sessions supported by reflection opportunities, check-ins, session notes and practical resources. Structured, responsive and build around each leader.

3. Reporting and review for future growth

We work with your leaders to determine future learning and development goals. Sessions with leaders are confidential. However, sponsoring organisations receive a high level report of general themes for compliance and to shape their future support and professional development goals.
